All NFA Items:
- All NFA items will remain in Mohave Armory’s possession until there is a final answer from the ATF.
- After ATF has approved the tax stamp, the customer needs to come pick up NFA item immediately (7-10 days), as the NFA item is registered to the person who received the approval. If the customer does not pick up NFA item within 10 days, the item will become property of Mohave Armory and there will be no expectation of any further compensation owed to the customer (this includes eFile/fingerprint/photo (costs).
- If a customer is denied for their tax stamp the NFA item becomes immediate possession of Mohave Armory with no further compensation owed to customer.
We understand that there may be exceptions to our policy, and management may use its discretion on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our policies, please ask to speak to manager.
